Yes. The bracelet features 8mm polished hematite beads on a high-tension stretch cord that fits most adult wrist sizes. No clips or clasps. It slides on and off easily and suits wrists typically between 6.5 and 8.5 inches.

Where do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 5 to 8 business days within Australia.

Does it come in a gift box?

A matte black gift box is included with the Family Pack option, which contains 3 bracelets at AUD $81. Single and Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders are packaged securely but do not include the gift box. To receive gift boxes, simply select the Family Pack at checkout.

Can I wear it every day?

Is it waterproof?

The bracelet handles light water exposure such as hand washing without issue. We recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or soaking for extended periods, as prolonged water exposure may affect the stretch cord over time. Keeping it dry will help it last longer.

Can I wear it while I sleep?

Many customers choose to wear their bracelet overnight. The stretch fit is comfortable and non-restrictive. This is entirely a personal choice.

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied and there are no quality issues, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of 30 percent of the item price applies to all returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I track my order?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
