REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Ferrik purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully so we can resolve your situation as quickly as possible.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email us at agniabrikina65@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect. We will review your submission and respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges are available for items damaged during transit or items that arrive with a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by the customer after delivery, including misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, is not eligible for an exchange.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and there are no quality issues, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. The item and packaging must be in a condition suitable for resale. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
To request a return, email us at agniabrikina65@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence showing the current condition of the item and its packaging.
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address by email.
Please do not send your item back to the original delivery address or any address other than the one we confirm by email. Returns sent to any unauthorised address cannot be accepted or refunded.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 business day. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that a restocking fee of 30 percent of the original item price will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of handling, inspection, and processing.
RETURN SHIPPING
Who pays for return shipping: the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for contacting a shipping carrier and arranging the return at their own cost. You may use any reliable carrier of your choice, including Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in transit.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Items damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration are not eligible.
Items returned without prior written approval from our team are not eligible.
Items sent to any address other than the one provided by our team by email are not eligible.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Step 1. Email us at agniabrikina65@gmail.com with your order number.
Step 2. Include clear photo or video evidence of the item and its packaging.
Step 3. Wait for our response within 24 hours. We will confirm whether your request is approved.
Step 4. If approved, we will send you the return address by email. Ship the item to that address only.
Step 5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 1 business day.
SUMMARY
Damaged on arrival: exchange only, within 7 days, photo or video evidence required.
No quality issues: return eligible, within 30 days, item and packaging must be unused and in original condition, photo or video evidence required.
Restocking fee: 30 percent deducted from refund.
Return shipping: buyer pays.
Refund timeline: within 1 business day of receiving the returned item.
Return address: confirmed by email after approval only. Do not return to the original address.
