SHIPPING POLICY

We want your Ferrik order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship to the following countries.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required. Every order to every destination listed above ships at no charge to you.


SHIPPING METHOD

We offer Tracked Standard Shipping on all orders. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The following timeframes are estimates from the date your order is dispatched. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local conditions.

Australia: 5-8 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high postal volumes, public holidays, customs processing, or weather conditions beyond our control.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

There are no customs fees or import duties on your order. The price you pay at checkout is the total you will be charged. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time through the order page in your account or by contacting the carrier directly.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact the carrier or reach out to us at agniabrikina65@gmail.com and we will help you look into it.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Once an order has been placed or dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at agniabrikina65@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfilment has begun.
